Goyer Plumbing is a company specializing in plumbing, heating, ventilation, and building mechanics for the industrial, institutional, commercial, and residential sectors.
We are looking for an accounting technician to support invoicing, project administration, and accounting operations.

What we offer
Permanent full-time position (40 hours per week)
Stable daytime schedule – Monday to Friday
Salary: $28/hour
2 weeks of vacation

Your main responsibilities
- Billing
- Provide administrative follow-up for projects with project managers
- Maintain schedules and track costs
- Verify and balance VISA statements
- Approve and process accounts payable
- Prepare, send, and follow up on purchase orders (POs)
- Verify subcontractor compliance
- Open customer accounts in the system
- Collect customer payments
- Produce annual T5018 forms (construction sector)
- Participate in the calculation of annual hourly rates
Desired profile
- DEC in Administrative Techniques (Accounting option) or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Experience in invoicing or accounts payable
- Experience in the construction industry (an asset)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Functional English (written and spoken)
- Rigorous, organized, and proactive
